Tin Toy (1988)

This is one of Pixar's short films that was early before we saw Toy Story and tin toy would actually be the inspiration before the film we know and loved they had idea for tinny where he'll get lost and meet a dummy toy and end up to a place where they'll never get lost or be left out where it's a toy heaven you can find the details about it when you google it.

You may have seen this short film or not but i'm gonna cut it to say that i saw this short film when i was little so why not share it and remember about it. I did see it again back in 2012 and 2013 so here it is. 

Kdin Jenzen

*Warning This post is about a serious situation that happen back in October with a post of a working environment conditions* 

Before i want to write this down before talking about the issue but here goes i know i don't talk some serious stuff before on this blog which i rather don't cause it's part of me even thought i do talk about the issues before and see what needs to improve even though this might be the first time that i'm talking something very serious, I do enjoy talking about anything on this blog that everyone can look and see especially when i talk about a piece of media that i saw growing up or when i was a teenager or something they like too i couldn't resisted it so i decided to talk. 

 

I Don't drive into these trouble issues but this got my attention about Rooster Teeth and How Bumbleby was actually queerbait force in and even trying to make Clover and Qrow almost gay and how Rooster teeth think they were progressives but only to bait on LGBTQ group. I'm not happy with Rooster Teeth's Unprofessional efforts of paying their workers treating them like bad and what's even worse that when this was going on Barbara left and remove anything on her Twitter bio. 

Kdin's post talks about how she was treated horrible by Rt with an ethic surrial towards gay people and Kdin and even when she came out as a transgender in 2016. Let's go back to 2013 she was unpaid from February 2013 to November 2013 and never got her payment nor was she promised. Christmas 2013 came she was given a bouns and Kdin had 100 dollars but one member wasn't being so polite toward her with a bouns. She was yell at by Matt and she had physical health problems and work pressure she was facing and work between 7 am to 11 pm. Kdin was promised a producer job and given a position at the department while in La. Never allowed at the radio station and pushed with editing 3 videos and she was also forgetten. And back with 2016 when she came out as being a trans the company publicy voiced their support which she wanted to be accpet, but things were about to get worse in the company, when Rooster teeth shout out with We hire LGBTQIA+ People and had no idea how to deal with a trans woman. She would be a acting manager but the harassment continued and lie to the community and she never show up on camera and promises and promise yet would want to finish her job and try ot report a situation to RT it get ignored, then in 2018 of RTX when she came out as being a trans woman she was told to quit and find work elsewhere in texas a state that tries to protect their rights during her employment with RT she struggled and was told with Oh its all good when failing to cover her company insurance yet recover from it and RT underpaying her and raises frozen from her manager, around the end of 2020 and paid around $40k per year as a producer/Director and wanted to be paid for $70 but was given $30k. She would be laid off and was one of them and almost got laid off or told that she was moving to LA with $40k per year rate or get laid off immediately. She agree to move to LA and RT promise her but didn't would be giving her $5 moving costs when she move there. Than came Covid of March 2020 which Rooster teeth was to be remotely, her job was saved a monsterous cause every department to force push outs and more content and do more work and causes more and more losses and she along with her workers was to work 7 days a week and extremely long hours. She was planning to save money for surgery and would be receiving more and more blame and wasn't doing her job while facing a lot of discrimination in the middle of 2021 Anniversary stream. BRGS (Business Resource Groups) was created during this job and represent the company's issues and help her and try everything with Queer BRG hen mid 2021 came she was told that "We've done enough" for the queer community which hurt kdin a lot and trying accomplish anything and struggled and accurate representation events. As if this wouldn't be bad enough Rooster teeth was cll out for their treatments of Minority Groups from former employees and fans would ask her why didn't you all do anything. She continued on with ask for transparency for others and the company sweeping under the rug. Kdin left the company because she want to make positive change in the company and after they fail to pay their workers and lack of proper people who work in a company or business she didn't make every step from 2013 to 2022 and never got paid she was a employee and didn't get paid under a VO only to be paid less than $30 after being silenced and pushed aside from the company that really is awful and kdin was abuse and went through a lot over the years. 

This was one post that i never though to write about and i'm really sorry that Kdin went through this and she didn't and this proves that Rt didn't really treat their minority workers well never paid their workers and a trans woman was abuse and treated bad and now fans of Rt have either left and move on or still like Rwby and Rvb which i still like Red vs Blue as for Rwby eh well since Bees was queerbait and force in and trying to appeal the shippers and the bumbleby it seems that they are toxic and should be call out for their actions, also kdin did mention that there was good people working at Rt which i don't know who but whatever the case i'm glad that some of them flet bad for her and the treatment she gotten, as for Jen shannon barbara arryn kara and those who have work with Rt or still in who knows but i don't want to get into with Jen and i don't have anything to say but i am left disappointed with them and if people like Noir and his goons want rt to get better i'm sorry it has gotten worse. Also this is where i don't talk back badly of someone but this post made me wanna write this down and a lesson to anyone running company try to keep business moving forward and address the problems and maybe fire if necessary. Speaking of which Rooster Teeth have published a statement however it cause a backlash from the fans, while the founders of Rooster teeth have spoken about this only to be call out for their behavior and payments while they have tweet out their apologies to them but have been call out for this while that has been going on some animators current and former even employees has written a statement of working at Rt which were pretty mess up, even barbara has left the studio remove it all from her twitter bio and left the Rooster Teeth subreddit community this really makes me feel sad and looking back at Red Vs blue that i remember watching when i was around 8 or 9 years old maybe 10-12 and 13 years old i really can't remember but i had great memories of watching before Rwby ever came. I look up to Gus Burnie Geoff and the founders of Rooster Teeth and some members of the community as for the people that have come forward i'm not gonna get into that and will one day talk about Rooster Teeth the current situations and the animators/employees, Rwby and Red Vs Blue one day, just looking back at the past and watching the stuff in front of me i'm absolutely devasted of this. i can't imagine of how everyone think that they were watching a studio and it's videos while behind close doors they were being awful and the abuse went on. 

And a lot of people are mad at Kdin and the Rt for cover-ups pretend to support minority groups and supportive to Lgbtq Representation as it went on and on twitter fb instagram etc. I haven't even bother to check out Red Vs Blue and Rwby or watch them lately and have not spoken to the founders or CRWBY, As of the writing of this since there has been cancellation of Rt first and maybe getting rid of their merchandise idk if they'll sell any shirts toys and home media we can only tell of how will Rooster teeth change or not if not than it'll be gone for better or worse. When Jenzen's message was published former employees either public or anonymous even Burton and Journalist Alanah Pearce spoke about their experiences working at RT and if that wasn't bad enough fans managed to dig up videos that had racist sexist and ableist that were resurface online. She also felt Rooster Teeth did not support established resource groups she recalled of a manager yet at lack employees over a Black Heritage Month causing Kdin to leave for good, while her apology was criticized from Blizzb3ar and Nikki Miles thinking it didn't happen and release a statement on black excellence business resource and while release another statement and apologies for harmful behavior and making changes and claimed of a internal investigation and kdin's work was paid. 

Speaking of Crwby and animators while they remain anonymous and should be they are not being crunch  and trying to be passionate for their work and doing their best while the company is going through a rough time and might be doing some layoffs but the animators are worry that with everything coming out of Rt and worry that that the show might not be well-received so we just have to wait and see. 

The scene that i hate in Man of Steel

I honestly have issues with Man of Steel and i know there are people who like it or not, But i'm not gonna get into that i want to talk about the most controversial scene in my opinion. Which is Jonathan Kent being a terrible father to his adoptive son for these reasons. 

1. He's paranoid 

2. Gives Clark bad advice and he's a bad influence 

3. Not letting clark use for his powers for good and let him to be superman 

Let's get one thing out of the way is that how we noticed in the film and how jonathan kent is acted like in the film is he is paranoid of his son and i want to bring this up too overprotective of his adoptive son and get parnoid when he use his powers for good even when clark save a bus full of kids and how the parent of the child that was picking on Clark saw what kent done yet i want to say this that making clark's powers a secret is such a bad decision from someone who who is not a good role model for a father.  But another thing that Jonathan kent thinks that oh a bus of kids maybe let them died which the writers could have fixed that scene or whatever they didn't. Jonathan would sure never saved a bus of kids as let them died and maybe anyone would think of him as a coward and not strong enough, as that scene goes back and fourth of jonathan kent still make that  part of how petes mom was scared what?!? and throughout the movie brings up how Clark's powers will change everything and how the world will find out of what he can do and the government can do to him which i question how they'll do ever find out and tested his krypton will find powers which really makes no sense and makes me wanna say how will they find out, wasn't there other conflicts that they were busy with? Jonathan throughout the movie displayed of paranoia about his son because from another planet which he thinks that the government would do some testing on his son and discover he's from another planet this is a misstep. 

Give Clark bad advice and he's a bad influence 

Another thing of the movie and later on in the scene when clark was around 13 years old or 14 depending on it. Clark never using his powers against some bullies at a local workshop while clark is reading and after being push by the bullies clak never use his power to punch a bully as they leave and the kid that use tp pick on him before help him as that was going on Jonathan praise him for not fighting anybody which makes John to be a bad influence once again and not giving his son anything to fight off against bullies and that scene felt odd to me and Jonathan gives more and more bad advice to him and just a blink response or facial expression of never punching those bullies and just more bad advices to his son which really doesn't make him look good. And speaking of which this can make Joanthan Kent to never letting clark use his powers for good and never letting him to be superman from why saving people is bad look at what happened with farm and how the waters went to another house which makes Jonathan Kent to look even more bad. Throughout out Batman v Superman Dawn of Superman to ZS Justice League and Jor-el makes Superman for real. 

Jonathan Kent is not some tough father he's a paranoid distrust selfish overprotective hypocrite bad influence and gives a bad advice plus he's some stereotypical mother or father accorded to NC's joke Man of Steel no wonder why his parents would try to make clark stop saving people and let them died. My advise is don't make parents in real life or fiction like Man of Steel displayed. 

Assassin's creed Infinity

I Haven't talk much of Assassin's creed cause with talks of Assassin's creed infinity that is coming out and with some fans being very concerned of the story and how infinity is gonna be a box having all three games in a road. Multiplayer is said to be in Infinity or you can purchase it outside of infinity. I really want to get them outside of Infinity and perhaps play Red cause i find that interesting.

As for modern day i really want a modern day setting in Assassin's creed where maybe it can give a lot of details or maybe settings in Japan China Russian Revolution Wild West Ww1 or WW2 oh yeah some fans think it doesn't help to maybe ubisoft doesn't want to. As for these greedy corporate studios who care about money and not about games and fans they just never learn their lessons. 

 

Playing Red Dead Redemption

So i just order red dead redemption 2 on ps4 and from what i can tell after hearing how everyone love the game and it's been talk about, released back in 2018 along with Spider Man too and much like the game too i quite find the game really entertaining to play through even the missions i wish i got this game and play this around 2018 if i could have started blogging whatever year i could have. 

The gameplay is solid it's like that GTA style but in the wild west without cars or anything that the gta series shows you and let you do but i really like the game cause how the style and just find it fun to go around and do these missions after watching the videos of the gameplay or cutscenes i'm not gonna spoiled the game but i find it enjoyable and try not fail missions.
