Back in 2021 employees at Activision Blizzard and Blizzard Entrainment had an investigation of sexual harassment allegations from employees and the phrase frat boy culture was used in the articles that was talking about the company's discrimation towards women and women of color yet this is also happening to other video game studios where reports of discrimation and workplacing environment that these workers are facing but that's not all of it there's also something else too like with of course Ea who had a reputation of their microtransaction and lootboxes that happen on their game property with ones like Star wars battlefront 2 

And there was other times when EA before force their workers to be on good behavior and if they get a good day at working in the company they get time off and if not then spend night to get the work done which that sounds terrible and awful not only that but also other things too their workplacing time period is or was between 9:00 am to somewhere closer to midnight almost working all day and all night that sounds like closer to 12 am in the nighttime. 

With the video game industry having stories of harassment that these high respected game developers were covering up but also were female workers were being harassed and rude remarks and the frat boy culture, with the recent investigation still is happening and people leaving Blizzard or Activision Blizzard and even Ubisoft yet we still see their games either being buy and still being play on or players moving on and not buying their games after these stories are being whatever happens next.
