Bait

Bait we have heard of the word bait use but it's far from that something in fact here's something that i found about bait. I made no secret that i don't trust how corporations use a franchise as a bait and switch before ruining it and blaming the fans for the damage and never taking responsibility for it only to be manipulated and use gaslight the fans and support the shippers but here's a quote of the term Bait.

Causing feelings of anger and displeasure" Now we have heard of Bait and Switch that is promoting a franchise only to use and to killed off the franchise and characters in order to promote new ones. 

Yep and those for who think bumbleby (rwby) isn't used as bait and was planned which i like to think that those keep claiming are only trying to gaslight and manipulate those into thinking it was despite the creator wanted it to be a sisterhood which to my mind seems like a great idea. Now here's the thing boys and girls when you are trying to bait something in fandoms you're not there to educate and telling people of what's canon or how it was planned and take advantage of a group of demanding psycho weirdos who want a same-sex relationship be canon and focus on them instead of the story or characters but you know in a time of social media where a company becomes evil and listens to the shippers that interfere in the story and lazy and trying to be pandering towards shippers just look at George Takei who is openly gay who was unhappy of his character in the reboot. how Star Trek Beyond decided to show Sulu a historically straight character meeting up with his husband which sounds like pandering. And with this alarming rate and how much rwby fanbase has become so much division and toxic attacking and criticizing the story and characters the bees too and how rooster teeth keep making the writing look bad enough and use the bees as bait and take advantage of and bully them for whatever reason is possible and you know on social media you have them spreading nothing but theories and fan art of the bees and also getting so mad at a tweet made by the official rwby twitter account of Blacksun that had great chemistry before the bees took and ruin it and got so salty they wanted the rwby twitter account was ever going to but blend the knee to them however they didn't so HA. Back to the main topic ever heard of Queerbaiting being used and talk of but the way how they handle the characters' sexuality just look back in the 1930s and Beyond either hinted at in subtext or just straight up shown for what it was I mean really what do you think Marlene Dietrich was trying to say about herself here anyway the point once again is that Simply Having LGBT characters and relationships featured prominently in your story doesn't make it walk in the slightest they're just facets of human life that can make for interest and stories like any other what does create problems though is the lazy practice of taking established characters and retcon in their sexuality to make them gay or the fact they keep on having two lovers being gay bis and pan in shows doesn't have them be dysfunctional toxic lovers always making it be like it;s always positive and keep it like that in modern entertainment is the way gay relationships are only ever depicted in the most positive and idealized way possible like how many stories and TV shows have you seen recently were heterosexual relationships are either non-existent or depicted as dysfunctional Loveless toxic or breaking down entirely whereas gay relationships are almost universally framed as stories of true love and understanding between two wonderful people triumphing against the odds that sort of stuff is great and all but if that's the only aspect of relationships that you ever show then it creates yet another restriction on your ability to tell a compelling and nuanced story you're locked into one specific path that denies the reality and complexity of real life substituting it for an idealized fantasy world where nothing gay can ever be bads putting any grip up on a pedestal is just as damage into your storytelling ability as demonizing them is now the reason I've spent so long trying to clarify all this stuff is because I can see a bit of a problem looming on the horizon here now that more and more people were pushing back against wokeness and entertainment. 

Now with the bees being used right now and seen as toxic psycho and demanding with a largest ego then they don't understand of how the writers make it different or work out in the end or didn't really say of the character's sexuality but obivous since rwby v9 is out and v10 happening and fans don't want rwby be cancelled isn't going to help but it is at it's end and the show won't lasted longer i could be wrong.
